Post Pandemic Counselling

POST CONCUSSION, BRAIN INJURY & STROKE THERAPY

Specialist in Chronic Pain Management

The COVID-19 pandemic resulted in many changes. A wave of mental health crises was felt across the globe. As restrictions lift, the return to a “new normal” may feel scary and paradoxically like you're not in control of things. It’s natural to feel sad, stressed, confused, scared or worried.  All challenges, changes and losses are relevant, real, and can be eased.
